Pushups for Muscular Success- a renaming and an announcement
The inaugural Monthly Muscular MindSweep Push-ups were held on 2 Jan.
20 quizzers turned up and had a go at the questions. Hrishikesh Varma won by a narrow margin, with Santosh Swaminathan and Thejaswi Udupa close behind. Arjun Ramamurthi hosted an informal quiz session prior to the Pushups.
Since Logik Sir himself turned up, it was decided that the event would undergo a rechristening in honour of this miracle. They will now be held every fortnight, and will be known by the moniker Pushups for Muscular Success.
If you’re free this Saturday, please turn up at 2 pm for a 20-minute warm-up session followed by the Pushups which will feature, as usual, 75 questions to be answered in writing in 60 minutes.
The questions and the scores will be posted here by end-January since Pushups are about sweating it, real time.
Venue: III Floor, Humanities Block, St. Joseph’s College, Langford Road.
Open to all, with small prizes for winners in school, college, ladies and open categories.
